As a part of Effectiveness Enhancement initiatives of Dhrithi Foundation, a one day Training Programme for College Teachers in “Personal Effectiveness for Teachers” was facilitated at Pompei College, Aikala near Kinnigoli, Dakshina Kannada district on September 6, 2008. Mr V K Talithaya, CEO, Primacy Industries, Mangalore and former Vice President of Mangalore Petrochemicals & Refineries Ltd., was the Resource Person. 34 teachers from different Colleges participated in the Programme. Correspondent of Pompei College, Rev Fr Paul Pinto inaugurated the Programme. Principal of the College Prof Patrick Menezes and Prof Janardan Nair graced the Programme with their active presence.
